I created The Mum Spa to be the place mums can come and truly relax. Come in to my treatment room and allow your shoulders to fall away from your ears. As you climb on the cozy, heated massage table feel the tension in your neck and jaw start to fade as you begin to doze. Leave the table feeling lighter and breathing easier.
Therapuetic Massage
Therapeutic Massage can help relieve pain, reduce stress, and is used to work on specific problems.

Facial options will range from relaxing and targeted facials to several varieties of chemical peels.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is similar to therapeutic massage but uses special positions and bolsters for pregnant clients.
Meet Me
I am a licensed massage therapist with 10 years of experience. My specialty is mums! Throughout my career I have always held a special regard for pregnant and postpartum clients then 6 years ago I was struggling with fertility issues and started researching ways to help myself through massage. I have had 3 children since then and have taken several courses in fertility, pregnancy and postpartum massage. Through those classes and my own experience of being a mum I feel that I am in a special position to really understand what mums are going through both physically and mentally.
At The Mum Spa every treatment is fully customizable, every time you come in. Want deep tissue, focus work one day and full body relaxation the next, we can do that.
You never have to worry about an upsell here. If you want hot towels, aromatherapy or even cupping its included. Just be sure to mention it at the start of your appointment.
I understand that life is messy. I have clear and firm policies so you always know what to do and what will happen if you miss your appointment.
